Serious research now. I'm boning up on my Christmas carols. Don't want Connor to be deprived. Sorry, don't know of any 'winter solstice holiday' songs, political correctness is often better than the alternative, but not always.
I stand corrected, I now have two versions of 'Old King Wencelas' arrayed before me, one pagan, one not. Hmmm... but what do lyrics matter when you can hear Ozzie Michael A. Green simultaneously whistle the tune of the song and hum the counter point?
