o.O I... really doubt that's actually a 12-year-old. If so, how/why is a 12-year-old trying to spend hundreds of dollars on Ebay? And if not--WAY TO BE EXTRA SUPER CREEPY BY SAYING YOU'RE 12. That's officially crossed the line from "kind of funny" to "yikes."

Actually--if they're claiming that they're 12, it seems to me that you might be able to get some relief by going to Ebay with the news. I'm pretty sure that Ebay's TOS doesn't allow 12-year-olds to use the service. And they may be able to either block the creep's IP, or give them The Fear to scare them off. I don't know much about Ebay's TOS, but I'm pretty sure that making multiple other accounts to circumvent a block is against it.

They are behaving very badly and I'm sure they are violating the TOS, but I don't know if ebay cares very much. Especially since they are only being an annoyance at this point. Hopefully there are some limits on ids with identical info. If not, I'll have to try reporting them.

I'm curious and tempted to go to ebay and look, but it suddenly occurred to me that I might not want to see what comes up when I enter "four foot woody" into the ebay search box!

P.S. Of course I had to do it. 12YO asked besides, and he's allowed to be twelve. I'm afraid nothing exciting at all comes up. A four-foot level made of wood, a book by Chris Foote Wood, etc.
