Signs a tenancy might not be working out:

• Tenant B wanders into your backyard, clearly intoxicated, mumbling excuses about why he failed to show up for work.
• Tenant A receiving mail from Aladdin Bail Bonds (knowledge acquired accidentally)
• Tenants are now 7 days late on their rent, Tenant B sends text blaming bookkeeper error at work.

*sighs* Time to dust off the '3 Day Pay or Quit' notice. :(
