botias | I guess it is now Spring (Reply)

Daffodils, plum blossoms, it must be Spring. Imagine all that is shocking in splurging on flower seeds and plants--splurging is much easier than digging/planting/watering--and that's mostly what I have been up to. And also recording my excesses on Pinterest for the apparent entertainment of a few handfuls of random strangers. Today was gorgeous, and I got all dressed to plant some of my booty--and got called to the hospital. I set up the tub and then cooled my heels for an hour while I waited for a relative to bring payment. Short story long, I spent all day shuttling back and forth between home and hospital, but the garden habit must be paid for somehow.
I did manage to throw together a compost pile right before dark. I pile up a bunch of plant matter, get it wet and then am all excited when it up and rots. :P Which reminds me that there is a tub still there, which means probably I will be going back again tonight. *sigh* No wonder I felt like a nap.
My pants are too tight.
