botiasMy kids wanted to go see Bad Grandpa. I can't stand the Jackass movies. I find them irresponsible and abhorrent. They clicked on the trailer. I just about cried laughing. Today we all went to see it after we got a bunch of stuff done around the yard. No regrets. Sadly, my favorite TV cheese, Beauty and the Beast, has fallen off that narrow ledge it's been traversing between 'fun awful' and 'just awful'. It's early in the season yet. Maybe it will come back? *pouts*
I had 15 reservations for October, but no one called and no one called. That can't end well. Either I have to send back a few hundred dollars in deposits, or they all are going to call me at once. Or a bit of both. I have two tubs out right now.
It's past time to cut down all the dahlias and focus on Winter/Spring blooming annuals. In the meantime, the ratty garden shed has been refurbished and painted an awesome shade of purple. It somehow enhances the other colorful buildings. I adore my purple garden shed!
