So far today I've spent most of my time setting up my $$ spreadsheet for next year. It was fun and geeky, and it definitely gave me good feelings of starting out with a clean slate. I feel motivated to get down to Coast Central and close out our accounts there so I don't have to include them in 2003. On the down side, it was a form of complete and unabashed procrastination.
Alan and I talked about what he wants to do about his teeth. Basically it comes down to that we can't afford to continue with it. I feel really bad about it, and am having a hard time letting go. I feel like it would be done if I had planned better in some way. That's the most difficult thing about having less money so far. Not being able to fix things that are broken.
