As I was looking at my list I was thinking: May I never be single. But whoa, whoa, that's lame. Sure the odds of finding someone that is caring and honorable and sane and single and somehow thinks I'm his sun, moon and starlit sky and inspires me to same seem discouragingly astronomical. But hey, this is bonus stuff. There's no obligation to go out and beat the bushes and deal with whatever else might jump out. It's quite possible to be single and not be 'looking'. May I never be looking. That I can drink to. In the meantime I shall count my blessings.

Yeah - it's the "looking" that sucks, really. :) I'm not single, but I'm poly - but that doesn't mean that I'm "looking." I have a wonderful family, and a wonderful husband, and that's fine. If something truly special comes along, I have the option of trying to see if it will work... but it's not something I feel the need to seek out.
