Had fun with my scanner again yesterday. Basically using it for a color photocopier. I scanned my favorite bookmarks which I live in terror of forgetting in a book, and made a couple of new ones.
Got another birth tub reservation this morning. There are four this month. I agreed to let one lady have the tub early and for an indeterminate period. She said that she has very fast, early labors and I can sympathize with that. If we hadn't had a tub on hand, I wouldn't have gotten to use it. I'm still not quite good at this business stuff. I should have thought about it some more, as this is a pretty busy time for the tubs. At the least I should have charged her extra, like $40 for each additional week or something. Live and learn. I hope we don't end up with not having a tub available. I ordered another pump so we will have two complete set-ups.
I wonder if Alan is going to go visit his brother. I wish he would, 'cause his folks are going to be bugged if he doesn't, and it's generally better to keep the family happy where possible. Especially when you live in the same area and see them regularly. I guess we'll see, it's his show.
