Write a little paragraph about your name, why you chose it, what it means to you, etc.
I chose botias because it was my favorite genus of aquarium fish. I am a total aquarium keepin', non-fiction book readin', cult TV watchin' nerd! :D It's pronounced Bow-T-uhs.

What would you change your name to, if you were changing it?
My 3 boys haven't left me enough brain cells to think up another one, even though someone once told me it made my ass look big (seriously). :D

That was YOU girlfriend! :D You said something about it looking as though it were pronounced 'boaty-ass'.

I've become a hopeless Buffy the Vampire Slayer/All things Joss/Spike/Buffy fangirl, and I discovered that LJ is an excellent font of better fanfic. I'm even attending *gasp* a con in Sept. and posted some unrepentantly fluffy fic of my own at seasonal_spuffy

Anyway, I've been reading but more poor journal is dead. I've been thinking of reviving it somewhat so people have some idea who is lavishing them with praise. :P

Right there with ya on the aquariums. I've always had them. Me loves Victoria Lake ciclids (sp?), despite their contrary natures. And my favorite fresh water tropical fish is the clown loach; I've had several. :D
