Happy Halloween! Went for a walk today instead of working out. Felt like I needed to get outside.
For most of my adult life, I've prided myself on my self-sufficiency. Today I remembered that this a silly fancy of the young and healthy. Having a child has helped bring this home as well. I have started a project that two well-meaning, hale adults can do passably well most of the time, but really requires a few other folks besides. I am dependent and will only ever become more so.
