Or, for most of you, what I have been doing when I should be writing crack!fic. Never fear, Chapter 6 is in the works.

MAY

OCTOBER

The princess tree is blooming, the species is from Hawaii and knows no season. It will bloom all winter unless there is a particularly nasty frost. Note the brick wall. Yay! My most ambitious garden project to date. Well, my most ambitious project that I did not turn over to my minions to execute. I am very very excited. Eeeeee!!! I love the shape, I love the color, I love the size, and I love the texture and colors of the gravel. It's going to be so much fun.

I dug out the smallest planter box and turned it into a sandbox for the boys. It's covered with a tarp lest the neighborhood cats become confused as to its intended purpose. ("Oooh! For me?!") Uh-uh.

My dad will be helping me fill in the remainder of the gravel next week, and that's pretty much it for the season. The rains started a few days ago and things will be distinctly soggy until April. *loves my mild tho soggy climate*

It looks WONDERFUL. I love the brick wall. Tremendous amount of work, yes?

Here's hoping you lots of rainfall. We are in a severe drought here. It's been awful.

That is lovely. Sadly I have no green thumb, but I do love to look at the accomplishments of those who do! Well done!

It was a bit of work. Maybe I will post a pic of the muscle I built landscaping my yard. O.O

*does a rain dance for you*
