LJ Question

I have some recollection that clicky-ing on 'comments' used to direct one to the first comment to a post. Now it just seems to take me to the beginning of the post and I have to scroll down to get to the comments.

Is my memory incorrect? If it is correct, does anyone know anything about when or why this changed? Are there settings involved? *is hopeful*

You know, I think I remember that too. But it's been "scroll through everything" for a while now. If there is a way to fix that, I'd sure like to know, too.
