I was wondering about that too. Then I read a fic by Patty called 'Chains' at the site and I'm wondering if the art was not inspired by that fic. The Lotor in it is... very benign compared to the way most people write him; long story short, there is a scene exactly like that set in the hallway outside the princess's quarters. Now I am desperate for the rest of the fic. :P It says it was complete but it cuts off really close to the end of the fic. *pouts*
