I still haven't heard from the purchaser of my paranormal romance. This is my second time trying to sell it on Ebay. I'm starting to think that readers of this sort of thing are a shifty and unreliable bunch.

We bought Mom and Tim a DVD player for Xmas, bring them into the new millennium. It arrived today so we went over there and installed it while they weren't home and left a bow on it. That was kinda fun. :)

Delivered another tub. I wonder why all the home birth folks I've met so far all seem to favor New Age artwork, natural crystals, dread locks, etc. I suppose New Age philosophies might lead one towards natural childbirth and/or taking a mystical view of giving birth. You're not likely to get support for either of those things in a hospital. I might think that child birth is normal and not something that ought automatically to be 'cured' for a variety of reasons, but I'm not sure there's anything particularly desirable about experiencing it. Certainly not mystical. On the other hand, I do think natural child birth gives many women a feeling of accomplishment and empowerment, things you can only really get from difficulties surmounted. You're a lot more likely to survive to enjoy the sensation than say, by climbing Everest. Takes fewer years off your life than a marathon. No womens' category in the Tour de France. Now I'm rambling. Time to go change a diaper, go work out, maybe rent a movie. Probably won't get laid tonight. Maybe tomorrow. Still rambling.
