Only digging ditches is better rated

My Minecraft-obsessed young'uns were terribly impressed with the real-life pick-axe that I brought home from the rental place. I also learned how to use a post-hole digger. I have cut down a tree, dug post holes until I struck water, and today I carted home heavy lumber and sacks of concrete, all in pursuit of a new 4X24 foot gardening area with southern exposure. Is this sane? I don't know, but I do know I'm going to garden the heck out of it. There will be armloads of gorgeous dahlias and other flowers this summer, perhaps some veggies. It's going to be very cool. I'm going to grow some flowering climbers on the new fence that hummingbirds like, like Asarina and I've been wanting to try Leycesteria formosa.
