botiasI went to see the new James Bond last night. It was blah. Not even bad in a good way. Wasn't even any cool action. Bond with no cool action?! Still, it must be hard to think of new stuff. Anyway. The villain was good and creepy and kinda sympathetic, but the rest of it was BLAH. Save your dime and watch How Casino Royale Should Have Ended instead.
ETA: It DID have the new Hobbit trailer. I want to see that SO BAD. I want to go to MIDDLE EARTH (the sort of 'going' where there is no physical risk or discomfort).
Spoilers! You guessed it. They killed Judi Dench and replaced her with Voldemort. Voldemort is a compelling actor, but Judi Dench is half of what I loved about the new Bond flicks. I don't plan to see the next one.
