I now have birth tubs taking up most of my dining area. This is annoying because I don't like clutter, but not impractical as we never eat in the dining area. Yay! This is something I can do. I can't get a job and I can't get Alan a job, but I can do this, and I even believe in it. Anything that helps women have happier, easier labors and more options about how they labor is a good thing to me. Left messages for the 2 midwives to let them know that we're in business (as soon as the liners show up anyway) and talked to the lady that gives the prenatal exercise classes at Healthsport. She wants me to call her back tonight, maybe I can set up a tub at one of her classes to give people an idea of what they're like. It's a little hard for me to cold call people. What if they're mean to me? Created a safety warning and instruction sheet for people to sign, which will do me no good if they sue probably, in which I used the words "Electric Shock Hazard!!!" five times. Now I just need some floating thermometers and a stainless steel rod about 18 inches long. I just ordered 50 feet of hose for filling, now I just need to find some income and sales tax forms. Whee!
