Rio Dell is only about 8 miles from Fortuna, but it is more in the boonies rather than less. One house we looked at was definitely 'in town' yet the realtor was telling me about the cute horse my neighbors keep in their back yard in the summer. Fortunately this doesn't bother me. I'm less ecstatic about the high proportion of registered sex offenders that call it their home, but I got to live where I can afford. I'm soooo tired of not fitting in this place that I can hardly stand it.
Okay, right, I remember where Rio Dell is now. I don't think I'd ever so much as driven through there. How's the house-getting going - or has it already gone? ;]
