Thing I learned today: Prince became a Jehovah's witness in the mid '90's. O.O How does that work? And when is he going to show up on my porch wanting to chat?

Apparently there has been some commentary about his uh, guitar play during the half-time show. But sometimes a Watchtower is only a Watchtower.

:) I'm a lurker who so doesn't have an account...so I've gotten sneaky. I was reading this little blurb on Prince and had to comment, mainly because you asked when he was going to show up at your door. Apparently this has happened! A woman told the press a few years back that she was surprised to open her door to find Prince standing there asking to come in and speak to her about being a Jehova's witness. She thought "Cool! Of course!" Only to be dismayed when two hours later he was still there and still talking about saving her soul. She said the cool factor wore off pretty quickly.

I'd be a bad lurker if I did not say that I love your little spuffy corner of the world! Thanks for the entertainment, I will continue to lurk :)
