Well, I had a crappy morning, so I decided to do this self-indulgent post. Behold my deepest, darkest sekrits as regards to wood pulp and ink. Oh, and some cheesy knick-knacks too, so plaster sekrits as well. The pics are about 300K each.

I didn't realize until I had done this that my books might as well be segregated by the sex of the author. :/ One is 99% the works of women, the other prob 90% the works of men.

Yes, [livejournal.com profile] herself_nyc your novel is there, right next to Benjamin Franklin's Autobiography, no particular reason.

It's amazing how alike our bookselves are. Mine are havier on unicorns and lighter on dragons but pretty close.

The 'sparkly' garlands are hung on a large unicorn, so one more there. :)

I meant to say 'bookshelves' not 'bookselves' but maybe that works. :) I can't part with my unicorns most of them were gifts from my mother.

My first two dragons were gifts from my mother, who was bewildered as to what I saw in them, but got them for me nonetheless, bless her. :)

I used to have more books, I used to have more of lots of things. :) There are three others, but these two are the ones that are predominantly my books.

I must be scary because this is my idea of messy. I used to have them organized by author, and even into pleasing color combinations. Children have obviously been a healthy influence on me.

Dude. One layer! I'm so impressed! Mine are double stacked. O.o

I like your labels on the pic.
Hee, my sweet Willow-like friend. *loves you*

About half mine are double stacked. :) A couple of years ago I sold a ton of paperbacks to the used book store. Guess I saved the right ones, I haven't missed the others yet. And I just did another purge! I have a cardboard box with pb trader books waiting for a home.

Hm... not too messy, really. Heh, I should probably post a picture of my desk/bookshelf, but... it's... a bit, uh, cluttered. o.O

You have way, way more Windstone figures than I do. Then again, I have way, way more My Little Ponies, so. ;)

I probably have way more romance novels too. :) I think they go well with the Windstone. Someday I hope to customize a couple of the dragons, like when I retire or something maybe. :/
