My Memories Have Just Been Sold

I've been Craigslisting my baby clothes as 2yo grows out of them and it is TRAUMATIZING ME. I get all wibbly and vaguely panic-ish. I try to remind myself that not having a continuous parade of small children is a good thing in many ways. So much more sex and sleep and reading and adult company to be had. Real bras, and fewer messes to clean up at both ends of their digestive tracts. Yay!! *sobz quietly*

I too get all wibbly in the baby clothes aisle at Target, and that's after two perfectly wonderful girls a Large Birthday, and a Very Meaningful conversation with my obstetrician. Have set my brain firmly against Any More, but I still feel all awwwww. Having a life, in all the senses, that's wonderful, though. Love every minute, but you know what? It gets to be even more fun. *Hugs you*

I ended up keeping one outfit from each of her first few years (usually the special dress she wore on her b-day or something) and put them away to wibble over when she's all growed up. That made it easier to take all the rest of the stuff to Salvation Army/Goodwill.

It's okay to get wibbly, anyway. He's your BABY! :)
