Still no application from our prospective landlord. I'd better call tomorrow so she doesn't think we've flaked on her. I hate the idea of paying rent, but I just need to deal. I was kind of hoping to be loading up a truck about this time. Oh well.

In happier news, we found what looks to be a really cool used bookstore(s) in Portland. A journey is planned for the morrow, weather permitting. I'd like to hit that pottery yard again for another strawberry pot to bring me back up to my pre-move total of three. (If only I'd rented a bigger truck, live and learn.) But it's likely to be closed on Sunday, save me from myself, I suppose.

Connor has decided he's ready to take this walking business seriously, further, he's given afternoon naps a miss the past few days. I don't doubt he'll pick them up again off and on for some months before giving them up completely.

No deep thoughts. Colored my hair. Nothing much happened. I guess my hair is too dark for a rinse type, and my gray is apparently the kind that is impervious to color.
